neg88's Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Commitment
neg88 believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not stress. Our safe gaming tools and support services keep you in control at all times.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
neg88 has always believed that online gaming should be an entertaining activity. Responsible gaming means playing with enjoyment while maintaining control over your time and money. When gaming stops being just entertainment and turns into an addiction, it can have a negative impact on your personal, family, and financial life.
At neg88, we deeply care about the wellbeing and peace of mind of all our members. That is why we have developed a number of effective tools and measures to help you enjoy gaming safely and mindfully. On this page you will learn how to set deposit limits, use self-exclusion, and where to seek help if you need it.
Remember — gaming is always for those aged 21 and above. Only play with money you can afford to lose. Never gamble with borrowed money or funds needed for household essentials.
Age Verification Is Mandatory
All services at neg88 are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Age is verified at the time of account registration, and access by minors is strictly prohibited.
neg88's Tools for Safe Gaming

You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits can be made, which helps you manage your budget.

If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out feature. It temporarily suspends your account — from 24 hours up to several weeks. Once the break ends, your account is automatically reactivated.
Temporary BreakSelf-Exclusion
If gaming becomes difficult to control, use self-exclusion. It closes your account for an extended period and you will need to contact support to lift it.
Long-Term ProtectionBet Limit
Set a maximum amount to wager per session in advance. Once the limit is reached, gaming stops automatically, which helps prevent excessive losses.

Time AwarenessProblem Gaming —
Recognise the Signs
Gaming addiction develops gradually. If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, seek help right away — doing so is an act of courage, not weakness.
- A recurring urge to keep playing in order to recover lost money
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends, or lying about it
- Neglecting work, studies, or relationships because of gaming
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming
- Spending money needed for household essentials on gaming
- Being unable to stop despite repeated attempts to do so
- Experiencing stress or sleep problems because of gaming
neg88's Tips for Safe Gaming
To ensure your experience at neg88 remains positive at all times, we would like to offer a few simple but practical tips:
- Set a budget: Decide how much you can afford to spend before you start playing. Do not go beyond this budget, no matter how tempting it may seem.
- Set a time limit: Fix a time limit for each session in advance. neg88's reality check feature will remind you when the time is up.
- Do not play when emotional: Avoid gaming when you are angry, upset, or overly excited. Strong emotions reduce your ability to make sound decisions.
- Take regular breaks: Do not play for long stretches without stopping. Take a short break every hour — go for a walk or drink some water.
- Do not treat winning as a goal: Gaming is for entertainment, not as a source of income. Winning and losing are both normal — do not worry about losses.
- Do not use someone else's account: Do not play on behalf of others or through their accounts. Each account is personal and unique.
How to Set Deposit and Bet Limits?
You can easily set deposit and bet limits by going to your account settings at neg88. You can set daily, weekly, and monthly limits all at once. Once a limit is activated, it takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires a 24–48 hour cooling-off period — this is in place to prevent overspending by raising limits on impulse.
If you have any issues or need help using these tools, contact neg88's live chat support. Our team is with you 24/7.
Self-Exclusion — A Brave Step to Protect Yourself
Self-exclusion means you are voluntarily requesting that your account be closed for a set period or permanently. This is not a punishment — it is proof of taking care of yourself. When self-exclusion is active at neg88:
- You will not be able to log in or make deposits.
- Promotional emails and notifications will be turned off.
- You can still withdraw your balance if needed for any urgent requirement.
To activate self-exclusion, email [email protected] or let us know via live chat. Our team will process your request promptly.
