1 General Provisions

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information regarding your name, date of birth, or any other identity detail will result in permanent account closure and funds may not be returned.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

neg88 may request identity verification at any time. This may require a copy of your National ID (NID), birth certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is completed.

3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on neg88 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported).

Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may be longer during identity verification or security review.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on neg88 can receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you will need to place ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets to become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may use each bonus offer only once
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn; they may only be used for betting
• Winnings earned from a bonus after meeting the wagering requirement may be withdrawn
• neg88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer
• If bonus abuse is suspected, neg88 may investigate the account
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on slots, cricket betting, live casino, and other games on neg88, the specific rules of each game will apply. In the event of any technical error, neg88 reserves the right to void the affected bet or withhold settlement.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, once a bet is placed and the outcome is determined, it will be considered final. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with neg88's rules.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device failure, neg88 will make its decision based on its server logs. The server record will be treated as the final authority.

7 VIP Program

The neg88 VIP program has a total of 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on overall activity. neg88 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time, and such changes may take effect without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the neg88 platform. Involvement in any of these activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Manipulated or coordinated betting to gain bonus advantages (bonus abuse)
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Use of software bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Intentionally exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other players
• Unauthorized use of neg88's intellectual property (logo, brand, software)
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Operating an account under a false identity

9 Limitation of Liability

neg88 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, neg88's liability will be limited in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues
• Unavailability due to unexpected technical outages or scheduled server maintenance
• Account information being exposed due to the player's own carelessness

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.2 Suspension or Closure by neg88

neg88 may immediately suspend or close any account due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned after a review.

12 Dispute Resolution
